Shopvane currently delivers across Pakistan.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require confirmation via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
3. Estimated Delivery Time

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
For COD orders:

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

Courier may attempt delivery 2–3 times.

Failure to accept the parcel may result in order cancellation and possible restriction from future COD orders.
We reserve the right to refuse COD service for customers with repeated failed deliveries.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Shopvane is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
While we work with reliable courier partners, Shopvane is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services. However, we will assist in resolving the issue.
9. Damaged Parcels
If you receive a damaged parcel:

Do not accept the parcel (if visibly damaged), or

Contact us within 24 hours with photo/video proof.
We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
